I am guessing this is the whole benefit of the inserts.
Do the 99 HIDs look cool? I think so, on the pics I have seen of some of you guys' cars.
Do the black usdm's not look cool? no
Can I think of a reason to do this insert without doing it for ricer-ish purposes? no.
